A Guide To Eating In Paris.

Your must have guide for where to eat in Paris.

Three days in Paris just isn’t enough! The list of delicious restaurants and local cafes are enough to tip you over into a months long stay. Parisienne locals love their food and they don’t scrimp on the carbs here are some of my favourite places for all occasions.

Girafe

Nestled in the back of the Architecture Museum adjacent to the infamous Eiffel tower viewing platform is Girafe. It took us a while to find it but when we did we were not disappointed, unfortunately the outside terrace had closed for the winter but the inside was even better. Gorgeous minimal designs with comfortable seating, incredible marble bar area and an extravagant display of seafood to get your tastebuds excited for the seafood menu. We drunk a bottle of Cote de Provence and dined on seared tuna with a chargrilled avocado salad – asian tastes and extremely delicious. £££ Want to come back in Spring.

Cafe de Flore

If you haven’t heard of this cafe where have you been? The famous Cafe de Flore with a hot chocolate resembling a melted easter egg… delicious. The perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon wine. ££ Come here rain or shine.

Miss Ko

If you like sushi you’re in for a treat. The exclusive party atmosphere and niche interior is a cool spot to dine with chopsticks. We had spicy tuna rolls, dragon rolls, salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi and of course a chilled bottle of Cote de Provence. I would suggest booking as it was packed.. even on a Monday night! £££ Kris Jenners favourite restaurant.

Cafe Marly

The perfect spot in the afternoon sunshine people watching over the Louvre. Whether you fancy a glass of wine or a pot of mint tea, even a lunch break, the staff are so attentive making you feel totally at ease. ££ Perfect for people watching.

L’Etoile 1993

A little Parisian cafe opposite our hotel Flanelles, around the Arc de Triomphe. I enjoyed a classic Croque Monsieur with salad and french fries and an afternoon of people watching, delicious and super affordable! We had a lovely waitor and the staff were more than happy to take photos for us. £ Big portions for low prices.

Ruc Paris

There’s nothing better than a white table cloth on the streets of Paris. I ordered a truffle risotto and ate some delicious bread too, the food was amazing but prices were high! I would love to come back for a pre dinner drink in the Spring time. £££ Whispering Angel served here.

I still have a long list of places I want to go but that will have to wait until my next trip, whenever that may be (I don’t want to recommend somewhere I haven’t been)
